What a great way to spend our retirement! We scour the Northwest for interesting people, places and activities, produce magazine articles about them, and share the fun with readers everywhere. It keeps us active in the outdoors, and we get to participate in some really fun events. We especially love to find folks who are still doing things the "old way." It is especially gratifying to chronicle and record for posterity the dying arts and the old ways that are being lost to the 21st century. |

 I have always enjoyed the written
word. Throughout my working years, I have written grant
applications, newsletters and brochures, proposals, and letters. But
those were never as much fun as story-telling. When
I write, I try to make the reader feel as if they are sharing
my adventure with me as they read. And Bud's pictures bring my
stories to life with color and excitement. He's my best buddy,
and we make a great team. |
